Delete Your Account

This page is a way to request deletion of your Ritsuban account and data — the app made by Alt Tab Design LLC — whether or not you still have the app installed. You don't need to sign in or download anything to use it.

Delete from the app

If you can sign in, open Settings and choose Delete account…, then type DELETE to confirm. Your account and its data are removed immediately — there is no undo.

Delete without the app

Already uninstalled the app, or can't sign in? Email us from the address on your account (or just tell us which email you signed up with) and ask us to delete your account. We read every message and process deletion requests by hand — no sign-in, download, or reinstall required.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and everything in it from our systems: your tasks and channels, notes and their attachments, focus-session history, weekly reviews, inbox items and captured email, meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries, and your authentication record and subscription profile with our processors. This cannot be undone.

What isn't affected by this

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it separately in your device's subscription settings — otherwise the store keeps billing you even after your Ritsuban account is gone.

A couple of things live slightly outside this deletion, as explained in the Privacy Policy: raw email sent to your capture address is already purged automatically after 90 days regardless of when you delete your account, and billing records held by our payment processors (Stripe, Apple, or Google) are retained according to their own policies and legal requirements.
