No. Ritsuban has a day calendar — it just builds it from your tasks and estimates instead of syncing your Google or Outlook calendar. If your meetings need to appear beside your tasks automatically, Akiflow is the better fit and you should stay on it.
No. Ritsuban has no third-party integrations, so nothing syncs in from Asana, Todoist, Jira, Slack or Notion. The one inbound path is forwarding email to your Ritsuban capture address. If consolidating many tools into one inbox is the job you hire a planner for, Akiflow is built for that and Ritsuban is not.
The web app, a macOS desktop app, iPhone and Android. Meeting recording and AI summaries are Mac-only today. Ritsuban runs natively on iPad in every orientation and in Split View, but it has no iPad-specific layouts yet.
